The Gardens Of Versailles at the Toronto
Botanical Garden (Lawrence & Leslie)
Art historian David Wistow, from the Art Gallery of Ontario will be speaking about one of the world's most famous gardens, tracing its cultural importance and stages of growth and development.
Admission is free for members, $20 for non-members, $15 for students. The lecture begins in the Floral Hall at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

February Meeting of the East York Garden Club
at the Stan Wadlow Clubhouse
February's meeting will look at some of the common and not-so-common insects and spiders that we find in our gardens. Love ‘em or hate ‘em, there’s something that we can appreciate about every one of these marvels of nature with whom we share our gardens. The month's speaker will be Malcolm Geast, an EYGC Board member and a Past_President.. At this meeting, we'll also have our second People's Choice Photography Contest of the year, with the category "Blue". The meeting
begins at 7:30 p.m., refreshments are available at 7:00 p.m..

Display gardens, a marketplace and four
days of interesting presentations on various gardening topics. Admission
is only $9.00 per person, $20 for a four-day pass. Children are free.

at the Direct Energy Centre
This year, Canada's largest flower and garden show co-locates with the National Home Show for a 10-day event. This year's theme is "CityCulture".

Peterborough Garden Show at
the Evinrude Centre, Peterborough
This annual edition of this increasingly popular show will have over 175 vendors & exhibitors and Plant and Floral Design Competition. Admission is $6 per day.

Toronto's spring home & gardening shows returns for its 20th
year. As was the case in 2011, this year the show will held after Canada Blooms. You'll be able to visit both shows.
