During the tour, there were several inquiries about the rain barrel in one of the gardens. The barrel is Canadian-made, from Algreen Products, in Cambridge, and was purchased from Plant Paradise Country Gardens, near Bolton. The model that you saw was the Agua (pictured at right) – it holds 50 gallons (225 litres) of water, and costs $99.95 at Plant Paradise. A 65-gallon model is also available. Both models are sturdy plastic, but the with the appearance of ceramic, they're a welcome relief from the usual ugly black barrels.
