March 2018 Preserves Show
Formerly a part of the April Flower Show, this year Preserves will have a show of their own at the March 15 meeting. Entry time is 6:30 p.m. to 7:20 p.m.
Judging commences at 7:30 sharp.
- Full container, made within the previous 12 months
- No more than two entries per class per household.
- Must be vacuum-sealed.
- Ingredients must be listed.
- Chili Sauce or Salsa, 1 jar
- Jam, 1 jar
- Jelly, 1 jar (clear)
- Marmalade, 1 jar
- Pickles, 1 jar
- Vinegar, flavoured, 1 jar
- Any other kind of preserves, 1 jar
